Yin Yoga, Guided Breathing, Meditation & Frequency Healing

Enjoy a special class offering where we reach deep states of healing and calm through the practice of Yin Yoga, deep breathing, and sound frequency.

Yin Yoga is a restorative yoga practice where we hold various positions for a set amount of time. This allows the body a chance to experience deep healing states.

Be guided into Yin Yoga poses and deep breathing techniques while listening to the healing frequency of RAYD8 Regen Technology. RAYD8 is a sound vibration experience that sinks deep into the body inviting healing to take place.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and two yoga blocks.

(A few extra yoga mats are available as first come, first served)

Wear comfortable clothes that will allow the body to stretch.
