Join Reiki Masters Dr. Steve and Kelly Morita for an evening of healing fun through the joy of ecstatic dance! Unlike other ecstatic dance practices, we will combine the release of stress and low-vibes through movement with the cleansing and fired-up nature of Holy Fire Reiki! Participants can expect the following:
- Intro to Holy Fire Reiki at the beginning of the evening through brief meditation and warm-up
- Basic Breathwork/Stretching to initiate us to sustain longer dance capacity
- An epic playlist of high-vibe dance songs from the 50s until present day (we welcome all generations!)
- No judgement, just encouragement
- Ability to meet like-minded souls and attract your tribe
- Cool down process at the closing of the session with reiki to help ground and center you
