Participate in the Healing practices of Reiki by 2 Master Level Practitioners, Embodied Connective Breathwork Technique and Sound Therapy.

Workshop is presented by Yvette Azen of Transit Table and Stacey Fredriksen of Star 2 Earth Energetic Health. These types of practices can help relieve stress, reduce symptoms of depression, boost your mood and overall wellbeing, promote self-healing, pain management and much more.

Yvette is an intuitive certified massage therapist with 18 years in the profession. She uses Reiki, Healing Touch, and Pranic Healing along with breathwork in the sessions to help release tension and stuck energies in  the body. To help clients achieve relaxation, balance and restoration.

Stacey is a certified sound healer and Master Level Reiki practitioner as well as an avid QiGong enthusiast. She works with Tibetan Singing bowls, various tuning forks and other sonic energy instruments to bring the body into balance and harmony and to promote healing and relaxation.

*Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Energy exchange is $40 per attendee.
