This is a 2 hour Workshop and will be held at Zen Life Wellness Center, 155 El Camino Real, Suite C, Tustin, CA

To prepare: Please avoid drinking caffeine after 12:00 p.m. Avoid Alcohol and recreational drugs for 48 hours.

Comfort is crucial….bring extra padding, pillow and blankets and an eye cover.
