$10  each

Make room for calm and clarity. Practicing mindfulness can lower anxiety and stress, increase attention span, and improve emotional well-being.  In this class, we will learn and practice breathing techniques, yoga postures, and meditations for harmony and balance.  Healing and transformation are made available through aura readings, yoga kriyas, and mindfulness exercises.  In Spanish or English or both
