‘Honor Your Loved One Who Has Transitioned’

Holidays are a time for gathering with family and friends. What if your family or closest friend has transitioned? Do you just leave them in the past with your heart aching and a fake smile on your face?

Come together with others who have experienced the loss of a loved one. It can be uplifting to focus on our love and to share with those who understand. Grief can be very isolating and cause us to feel vulnerable.

In this class we will share signs, sightings, communications, dreams and insights that participants are willing to share.

We will set an intention at the beginning and end of the meeting for our loved ones to join us and also to be part of our daily lives, if that is what we want and what they want.

You will be encouraged to share a photo of your loved one when you share about their impact on your life in physical form and now in non physical form.

We will discuss creating a space, an altar, a framed photo or a place on the mantel where you can go and connect with your loved one’s essence.  Although for some of us, we carry that place inside us and it goes with us everywhere.Hear how we do that.

We will explore what each of us believes, if there is safety in the group to do so. Life is both rational and mysterious. Most of our work together will be exploring the mysteries of life and death, grounded in rational language. That is how we will begin our journey together.
